I am a Sith...and this is my podcast. Yep, my name is actually Sith (like Star Wars) but I assure you my husband had the name first.

I'm a wife to aforementioned, Mr. Sith and a mommy to our son Peter. I'm a 20+ year survivor of a terminal cancer diagnosis and I live with more autoimmune issues than anyone should have...but don't be sad cause I rock life medication free and make the most of any situation.

I'm here to motivate, inspire, crack you up and lift you off the ground with experiences from my very own crazy life. Trust me...it's been nuts! My motto in life is: Lead with Kindness. Oh, it can be done! and you'll get some hilarious life stories from it as well.
